Yes, Will Ferrell made a surprise appearance on "Conan" (March 28, 2012) as the beloved flute-playing anchorman Ron Burgundy.
He wore Burgundy's signature leisure suit and entered host Conan O'Brien's stage playing a flute solo. Ferrell told the audience that he was there to announce there will be a sequel to 'Anchorman.'
Just recently, Ferrell and the cast of Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues (releasing in the U.S. on December 20, 2013) reunited for a live reading of their 2004 hit. It was a night, complete with an acappella performance of "Afternoon Delight". Find out more at HollywoodReporter.
