Chad Rogers from Million Dollar Listing confirmed in late 2010 that he was no longer with Victoria Salisbury, his girlfriend when he was on the show. At the same time Rogers announced he would not be returning for the fourth season of the real-estate-based reality show. The Bravo network claims the split was a mutual decision. Rogers insists he decided to leave entirely of his own accord. Rogers was replaced by realtor Josh Altman on Million Dollar Listing L.A., the name modified to differentiate the series from the spinoff Million Dollar Listing N.Y. Million Dollar Listing L.A. scheduled its season 5 finale to air August 15, 2012. The starring cast remained the same as it had been for season 4: Madison Hildebrand, Josh Altman and Josh Flagg. Rogers has hinted through social media that he will be returning to television soon, but has not revealed any details.
