Just recently, Rachel Frederickson was crowned as the fifteenth-season champion of The Biggest Loser. She began the competition with the weight of 260 pounds; during the finale when she was weighed in, she was at 105 pounds, that's a 59.62% total weight-loss percentage.
However, some wondered if she had gone too far. At 5 feet, 5 inches tall, that puts her body mass index at 17.5. Anything under 18.5 is considered by the National Institutes of Health to be underweight. Find out more at CNN.
