In her suit she says that's she's been physically ill, suffered loss of sleep, and anxiety after finding out about the photos and video. In addition to the upset from the images, it turns out that many people that downloaded the video found their computers were infected with a virus, and she feels terrible about this as well, wanting to make sure that everyone knows she has had nothing to do with this.
